Role description and responsibilities

Here are a couple of words on this role.

When Pierre and Chris launched Slite in 2017 as Product and Tech co-founders, they quickly built out a strong Product team and focused on getting Slite to what it is today. But now is the time to focus on Marketing.

We already have a terrific 6-people strong Marketing team—including a Senior Product Marketer, Laure!

But as we prepare a new iteration of Slite, geared towards a young market, we need more resources on this front. We're looking for a Head of Product Marketing expert who's worked in similar companies as Slite, to lead our positioning efforts, and craft the pitch and key messaging.

You'll manage Laure, help grow out the Marketing team, and be a key partner in building Slite's strategy.


  • You're an expert on remote and async work.
  • You're passionate about remote, async, and new ways of working. You were working this way even before the pandemic. You understand the pros and cons and are excited about Slite's potential in enabling better remote work.
  • You're a product-led and marketing expert

  • You've previously worked at a product-first company in a similar market to Slite's. You've led positioning work through market research, challenging product teams, and driving GTM strategies.
  • You're a strategic thinker
  • You're a strategic thinker, with an ability to challenge the status quo. You understand all parts of the business need to get aligned to reach goals.
  • You've led a team before
  • Gathering people around a common mission is one of your strengths.
