The working hours in Serbia are 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. The employees who are under 18 years may not work more than 35 hours per week.
The minimum holiday entitlement in Serbia cannot be shorter than 20 working days. This entitlement increases based on the contribution to work, work conditions, experience and other criteria that are in the employment contract.
