He loves his role, enjoys travelling and meeting new people as well as finding solutions to all the possible problems of this planet.

Describe Nikola in a sentence or two. Or three.

Hi, I am Nikola Bubevski, 25, born and living in Bitola, Macedonia. I’ve been working as Business Development Manager for over 2 years.

What do you love the most about being a business developer?

I love talking with people and find different solutions to their problems, and watch out for opportunities that can help our company grow, so that makes the perfect combination for my role, but the most key part is the teamwork and support I get from my colleagues in all the bad and good days.

How did your career progress?

I’ve always had that entrepreneurial way of thinking and seeing things, but all of that was spotted by Jack, our CEO who gave me the opportunity to prove and use my talents to the max. 

How long have you been working remotely, and what made you switch?

I’ve been working remotely since the pandemic, I can say that was the main reason to switch, even though we have an office we decided to stay safe and work remotely.

What’s the best thing about working remotely?

The opportunity to travel and get the best position you want. Trust me, your back and neck will be much better. 

How about some downsides?

Well the downside is that I don’t have much suits because I don’t need them. 

What app or tool you couldn’t live without?

Saasuma, because I have all the other apps connected there. 

What’s on your life bucket list?

To get a lap around in F1 car. 

What is the best thing about working for Native Teams?
