New And Improved Way Of Sending And Receiving Payments Through Native Teams

With the improved virtual wallet, we made it even easier for you to send and receive payments. Now you can add money to your Native Teams wallet and instantly exchange between currencies. You can also send money directly to your bank account or send the funds to someone else.

How does it work?

You will see a newly added “Add/Send Money” button on the left-hand side of the menu, which can be accessible no matter where you are on the app.

How to add money to your wallet?

To add the money into your virtual wallet, simply click on “Add money”. Then, select which currency wallet you want to add money to and choose the amount. In the next step, you can choose how you would like to add money. You can choose between bank transfer, credit or debit card, PayPal or by requesting payment from someone else.

How to withdraw money from your wallet?

Once you click on the “Send money” button from the menu, you can choose whether you want to send the money to yourself or to someone else.

If you want to send the money to yourself, you can choose between a wallet-to-wallet transfer or bank transfer. You can also send the money directly to your Equals or Soldo cards.

When you want to transfer the money to someone else, you can choose to transfer the money to their wallet, to their bank or select a batch transfer for users in your organization.

If the recipient is not a Native Teams user, then they will be invited to sign up for a free account. Their funds will be accessible in their wallet.
