Native Teams represents more than a company, NT represents the revolution of employment as we know it, empowering the individual, breaking borders and barriers. For me, being part of a project that can change the world for the better is a must career wise and NT has a mission that aligns with my values and ambitions.

There are not many companies that have managed to grow so fast in the Balkans and manage to unite young talents from countries that have a not so friendly past with each other. At Native Teams, empathy, growth & hardwork are the words of the day and our diversity is what makes us unique and one of the fastest growing start ups in the market.

It's been a little over a year and a half since I joined Native Teams. My favourite thing about being a part of Native Teams is the culture and the people. It's really amazing working with people from different countries, learning about their cultures, and generally flowing with the best vibe. Native Teams is genuinely interested in your success as an individual. It's rare to find that with employers. There is always someone around to make sure that you do not feel lost when things are moving really fast.

For the last 1.5 years, I have been a part of Native Teams. I am part of something that is making a difference in the world of global employment for individuals and companies around the world. I think Native Teams stands out from other employers because, despite the geographical limitations associated with remote work, there is still an outstanding team spirit, which is not common in many companies.

I've been with Native Teams for a year and a half, and I love how Native Teams shows genuine care for everyone involved—employees, users, and communities. They're dedicated to being community champions and embracing diversity, which is something I truly value. Native Teams stands out for me because of its flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. I also appreciate the inclusive company culture and the opportunities provided for professional growth.

I've been with Native Teams since August of 2022, so a little over a year and a half. My favourite part of working in Native Teams is the ability to work from the office or from the comfort of your own home at your own will—as long as the job gets done, the place of work does not matter, and I'm glad that's the consensus. Equally as important, Native Teams managed to employ a lot of like-minded people, and the culture is amazing because of it - working with my colleagues here is very enjoyable and fun. The culture and national diversity of NT employees make everyday work even more interesting.

Since September 2023, I've been part of this family and smoothing the freelancers' journey! I have a few favourite things about our company: my colleagues, our company culture, and the chance to positively impact our users' everyday lives! What more could one ask for?
