Native Teams represents more than a company, NT represents the revolution of employment as we know it, empowering the individual, breaking borders and barriers. For me, being part of a project that can change the world for the better is a must career wise and NT has a mission that aligns with my values and ambitions.

There are not many companies that have managed to grow so fast in the Balkans and manage to unite young talents from countries that have a not so friendly past with each other. At Native Teams, empathy, growth & hardwork are the words of the day and our diversity is what makes us unique and one of the fastest growing start ups in the market.

I've been at Native Teams for years now, and my favourite thing about being here is still the culture and the people. It's incredible working with colleagues from different countries, learning about their cultures, and being part of such a positive, collaborative environment.
