Meet Gayane, Our Friendly Project Manager

You know how you can feel somebody’s warmth and friendliness even if you’ve never met them?

That’s how you’ll feel if you ever get a chance to speak to our lovely project manager, Gayane Khalatyan. She comes from the Armenian capital Yerevan and is an IT enthusiast who, despite studying Oriental Studies, had always been interested in computer science.

How would you describe Gayane in a sentence or two?

My name is Gayane Khalatyan and I am twenty-six years old. I was born in Yerevan: the beautiful and warm capital of Armenia. I am a Project Manager. During my free time, I read books but I also like sports, music and travelling.

How did your career progress?

My first profession is Oriental Studies: Arabic Studies, but I have always been interested in IT sphere and Programming, even during my university years. Although my Master’s Degree led me abroad, I have never stopped studying and now I do what I enjoy most.

For how long have you been working remotely?

Almost 5 months.

Why do you like remote working?

It gives me more flexibility and opportunity to meet and work with different people.

What is the best thing about working for Native Teams?

It is a pleasure to work with Family like Native Teams: with professional and creative people.

What are your favourite tools and apps to get work done?

I try to use the most powerful project management software and tools to make team’s work more interactive and coordinated.

What is on your bucket list?

I want to reach new achievements in IT sphere and also travel all around the world.
