Talk to data protection
Last updated:
Our data protection team looks after our privacy programme and our Data Processing Agreement. If you have a question or concern about personal information, you can contact the team directly by email at legal@nteams.com.
Which route is right for you?
Choose the option that fits
- A question about your own information. If a business added you to our Platform, please contact that business first, as it is usually responsible for your information. If you use the Platform in your own name, contact us directly. Our Your Data Rights guide explains how to make a request.
- A client question. Contact us for help with our Data Processing Agreement, sub-processors, security measures or vendor assessments.
- A concern or possible incident. Tell us as soon as possible. Security vulnerabilities can also be reported under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
- A request from an authority. Please write to us with details of your authority, the legal basis for your request and the information you need.
What to include
Please tell us your name, how we can contact you, and what your question or concern is about. If it relates to an account, include the email address linked to it. Please do not send sensitive documents unless we ask for them.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your message, usually within five business days. Requests about your data rights are answered within one month, and reports of possible incidents are reviewed as a priority. Contacting us is free of charge.
Not satisfied?
If you are not happy with our response, let us know and we will review it again. You can also contact a data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
